FAQ

Membership and Fees

  • Does one membership grant access to my entire family?

    Principal members are eligible to apply for supplementary cards for member’s spouse and children under the age of 18. An application fee of RM1000 per supplementary card and monthly fee of RM50 per supplementary card will apply.

  • What happens when my child reaches the age of 18 years?

    He/She may apply to become a principal cardholder to continue membership privileges.

  • If I join as a Principal Member, is the initiation fee due up front?

    A one-time Club Fee of RM30,000 will be imposed for all new applications.

  • Are my card privileges transferable?

    Membership card privileges are non-transferable and will only be granted in the presence of valid cardholder.

  • Can I sell or transfer my membership?

    Yes, members who wish to sell/transfer their Sky Club membership are required to complete the membership transfer form and return the membership card. A transfer fee of RM1000 per member will be imposed and a new membership card will be issued to the new member.

  • Do I have to pay additional fees to use club facilities?

    Facilities within the Members only zone are complimentary for members. Advance reservations are required for usage of selected facilities such as the KTV room, Mini Theatre and Function Room. Charges will apply for food and beverage orders.

  • As a principal member, I am allowed to bring in 1 guest. What if I need to entertain more than 1 guest at the Club?

    A guest fee of RM16 per person will apply. Access is limited to dining and entertainment outlets and selected club facilities. Access to recreational facilities is strictly not allowed.

  • My membership card is missing. How do I request for a replacement card?

    All missing cards must be reported to the Membership Executive. An administration fee of RM250 will be imposed for each card replacement.

  • Can my monthly fees be automatically charged to my credit card?

    Auto debit of monthly fees can be arranged by completing the credit card authorisation form. Please contact our Membership Executive at membership@skyclub.my.

  • Is there a dress code when accessing Sky Club?

    The club strictly enforces proper swimwear and gym wear when using respective recreational facilities. For all other areas, a smart casual dress code applies.

  • Do I have to live at SilverScape Residences to be a member of the Sky Club?

    Sky Club is a separate entity and membership application is subject to membership fees.

  • Are Club Facilities open to members of the public?

    Sky Club facilities are exclusively for members only. Members of the public are only allowed to access the dining and entertainment outlets at Sky Deck.

  • How do I change my address and e-mail?

    Members are granted access to change personal details via the Club website. Should you require further assistance, please contact our Membership Executive at membership@skyclub.my.

  • What is Hatten Rewards?
